With nearly 30 years of experience in delivering high-quality commercial and multifamily projects, our client is seeking a skilled Lead Superintendent to oversee their inaugural project in the area and, over time, progress into the General Superintendent role for the company in this region. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily on-site activities, ensuring that project milestones and schedules are consistently achieved.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, enforce quality standards, and maintain strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance and proactively address any issues that arise.
- Lead all construction phases from pre-construction through to project closeout, delivering high-quality results on time.
- Foster a collaborative work environment that emphasizes clear communication, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on multifamily or commercial projects, with 10+ years of industry experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Dedication to safety, quality, and building strong client relationships.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: Up to $160,000, commensurate with experience.
- Annual performance bonus: 10% of base salary.
